BLUEBERRY SPINACH PROTEIN BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
8 oz greek yogurt (blueberry or vanilla)
8 oz Silk Fruit & Protein (Mixed Berry)
1 cup frozen blueberries (partially thawed)
1/2 cup fresh spinach
crushed ice
Blend until smooth.
Sip while doing something you love.
p.s. It’s advisable to check your teeth before answering the door.

We make this at home too. Homegrown kale or spinach with frozen banana and berries and I usually just add water, and I keep yogurt smoothies green free for some reason, but I think I’ll try this. My kids will love it either way! So glad to have come across your lovely blog.
